Why doesn't onecare fix errors

  I need to know why one care does not automatically fix errors on computers especially since we are paying for your service.  We have been using this service for almost two years and the first year everything worked beautifully but now i have 210 errors on my computer and one care has not fixed one of them.  Why is this and should we be looking for other security soft ware?
