We have recently Migrated from an on-premise Exchange solution to Office 365 and an Exchange Online Solutions
All the tests done when configuring the email router work ok
outbound emails work ok
With inbound emails (especially for queues) we are sometimes getting an 'Internal Server Error' response.
We have managed to dig down and have found that the underlying error message in this case is the following
Message: An internal server error occurred. The operation failed.
Type: Microsoft.Exchange.WebServices.Data.ServiceResponseException

Too many concurrent connections opened.

What settings should (or can) I use to throttle the email router down to the level that Office 365 will accept
