Client access to internet (regularly) blocked - Server 2008 SBS

  Hello all, I am new to this operating system, although I have ran NT server and later server 2000 in the past. With the latest versions I am experiencing problems that client access to some general internet website drops out or is blocked and I cannot find any directions to fix the problem. The only way I can fix the problem temporarely is by restarting the server and it will allow client access to external website for a while then something blocks them again. How can I resolve the issue?

  Running a Proliant ML350 and two client laptops with Windows 7 Ultimate.
