  Hello

  i'm using Windows 10

  Delivery Optimization is Downloading or Uploading something i can't stop it

  at Settings > Update& Security > Advenced Settings > Choose how Updates delivered

  its off i turned on and off again but still Delivery Optimization is using my Ineternet

  any ways to stop,kill,remove Delivery Optimization ??
