Unfortunately your Windows Product Key is from a Blocked MSDN account.
    It will never activate.
Since your machine was manufactured By Sony in 2008, I assume that it probably came with Vista Home Premium Edition installed - check your COA sticker on the case.
If you have the original backup disks for that machine you can install that - it will wipe the disk clean, so back up your data first.
If you don't have the disks, then You may be able to purchase a set from Sony and do a clean install with them

Your other options are to purchase a legal Win7 package from a reputable store (NOT eBay this time!), and do a clean install with that.
You could also (the most expensive option) purchase a legal Win 7 Ultimate  package, and use the Key from that to make your current install genuine - but I would still recommend a clean install.

Please read the Blocked Keys sticky, and the Buying Safely Online sticky here

They will explain what happened and how - and how to avoid it happening again, and some of the actions you can take now, and in the future if it does happen.
