     have a Dell inspiron b130  Windows xp home addition.   Since I first bought the pc it hasn't loaded all of the graphics on any page.  After the pc has been on for a while I get a blue pop up with a windows logo saying Please Wait.  When this goes away all of the graphics will be loaded.  I have asked numerous techs about this and no one knows what it could be.  Maybe one of you can help!
