    I am using Data Migration Wizard on CRM 4.0, and on the "Map File" section, the following entities:

     

    Activity

    E-mail Template

    Mail Merge Template

    Managed Services Contract

    Queue Item

    Queue

    Report

    System Job

    View

    Work flow

     

    - do not appear in the map into existing CRM entity dropdown list

     

    Does anyone know why is that?

  • Not sure about every item that you posted, but most of these, such as report, system job, view, workflow are system entities with special properties. Where an account or a contact is simply the data in the records, workflows and templates are much more deeply engrained in CRM, and you are not going to be able to import them from a csv file.  Queues and workflows affect how the system runs and are not simply data records.  System jobs are just that, system jobs, and have to be scheduled through CRM.

     

    some of the items that you mentioned, such as templates, can be imported from SQL or using a tool like Scribe Insight.
