Dynamics 365 Portals - Trial License replacement RRS feed

  • Hi guys, 

    I am having a problem with CRM Dynamics 365 hosted in the Cloud.

    The problem I am facing is that I requested and installed portals with my personal license in one of my CRM Sandbox Environments which are managed by an O365 Admin (I don't have this Admin role) so we found our test can't proceed unless the O365 request the Trial instead. 

    After the new request my O365 Admin received the new license and proceeded to install but it shows this message: 

    "The service you’re subscribing to isn’t available for one of the following reasons:

    It’s no longer offered by Microsoft.

    You’ve already tried this service. You can sign up for a trial only once.

    The beta or trial you’re requesting has expired.

    The promotion code has already been used."

    It seems to be clear the reason. The question is:

    How can I uninstall the portals or at least re-apply the new license to my Sandbox Instance in order to proceed with the install?
