SipControl and CallInfo.CallReferenceInfo.ChannelId empty? RRS feed

  • Hi!

     

    We are using analoge diva boards together with the Eicon Sip Control. For each incoming call we are logging some info about that call and would also like to log which physical lines where used. Our customer has used this before to check for lines not working.

    However, the properties CallInfo.CallReferenceInfo.ChannelId, BoardId and TrunkId are always "-1".  Is this due to the SipControl or are these properties dependent of a certain hw configuration?

     

    If you have any ideas how to get more information about how the call was routed, please advise.

  • Those properties will most likely only be populated (i.e., not set to -1) when using the TIMC with legacy TDM hardware. Other SIP endpoints might send the same info using a different header, but you would need to know what that is and do the parsing yourself.
