  Hi Nafeesa,

  I think you are looking for "Windows Hello" and there was a build topic done that you can find at https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/uwp/security/companion-device-unlock

  I am not sure which forum supports that feature set so I am moving this posting to the "Where is the forum" section in hopes that another moderator can help.

  With that in mind, can you please provide more details on your scenario?

  1. Which version of windows are you trying to unlock?

  2. What device are you expecting to unlock it with?

  3. As BTLE provides this profile, do you know how your device and desktop are configured? https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/hardware/dn423914(v=vs.85).aspx

  4. Are you writing an application or driver? If so what language and version of Visual Studio are you using?
