  • Hi,

     We have a workflow that sends an email to a customer, which gets converted to a text via a service provider, to remind them of a scheduled appointment.  We have had complaints that the text arrives at some anti social hours and wakes them up in the night.

    Is there a way of adding a condition that says if it is between the hours of 23.00 and 08.00 it does not send the email?
