Don't know windowsliveID for activation

Question
-
I'm trying to reactivate a windows live subscription but the person who originally did the activation can't remember the windowslive ID or the original e-mail account they activated it with. I keep looking through the forums and I have found multiple links to the billing site, but that only works if you have some idea as to what the original e-mail address was that you used to activate Windows Live.
Is there any way I can determine the ID and password? I'm getting desperate. If nothing else is there a 1-800 number I can contact to speak with someone directly?

If you don't recall the LiveID you used for your subscription, you will need to contact support (via email as a trial user) who can provide that information to you using your Key and/or contact information.

Alternatively, sign in at http://billing.microsoft.com with email addresses that you have set up as LiveIDs and one will show your subscription listed - that would the LiveID to use to activate the reinstall.

Not sure if this will help but it might. Try creating a new mail identity through the msn or hot mail. I didn't remenber I had one, then found out I did but couldn't remember password. So got new hot mail I.d. and now I can at least log on for help.
Good luck!

Aparently my windowslive hotmail id is different from my onecare id. I have opened about 50 windows and I give up. I have 2 computers which I want to add to my existing onecare account. They don't recognize my email and password as having a valid onecare account. I look for my ID as it says: either it comes up with only the hotmail account through the billing site, or it does not give me a subscription id when I go to About Windows Live OneCare. The trial on the 2 new computers is up in 10 days. I've already paid for the subscription. Please help.
