Hello shashi2000,
Here is a snippet of your mgadiag report:
OGA Data-->
Office Status: 114 Blocked VLK 2
Microsoft Office Professional Edition 2003 - 114 Blocked VLK 2
Microsoft Office Project Professional 2003 - 100 Genuine
Microsoft Office Visio Professional 2003 - 100 Genuine
OGA Version: Registered, 2.0.48.0

Office Diagnostics: 025D1FF3-230-1
Your Compag computer has three Office family products installed, Office Professional 2003, Visio Professional 2003, and Project Professional 2003.
All three of these products are Volume Licensing editions. At the moment, the installation of Office Professional 2003 is reporting as nongenuine because it was install with a widely priated and now blocked Volume Licensing Product Key.
Please note that individual consumers should not have been sold and should not be using Volume Licensing editions of these programs. Individual consumers should be running retail licensed or OEM licensed software. When individual consumers do have Volume Licensing software installed, it is quite often an indicator that they have become the victims of software piracy and/or counterfeiting. Note that regardless of whether the report says that the software above is Genuine, if you are not associated with the legitimate license holder of the Volume Licensing software, your use of the software is nongenuine.
Normally, legitimate users of Volume Licensing editions of Office are associated with larger business, educational, or governmental organizations. If that's you, please contact your organization's IT support staff for further assistance.
If your use of the installed software is not associated with a larger business, educational, or governmental organization, and you purchased the installed prograsm thinking they are retail licenses to be sold to individual consumers, it is likely that you are a victim of software piracy or counterfeiting. As an individual consumer, you should never have been sold Volume Licensing (VL) materials such as the VL installation CD, and you certainly should not have received a Blocked Product Key. You should have been sold Genuine retail licensed software.
If so, your first course of action is to confront your seller with this information and demand a full refund.
If the seller refuses to help, please file a piracy report at www.microsoft.com/piracy. Also, depending upon whether you received "high quality" counterfeit materials, you may qualify for the Office Complimentary Offer or for the Office Genuine Advantage discounted offer. Please see the FAQ here: http://www.microsoft.com/genuine/downloads/FAQ.aspx?displaylang=en#ID0EKNAC If you think that you qualify for the Genuine Office Offer, apply for the Offer thru the Learn More Online link that the OGA Notifier is displaying.
One other possibility is that at one time your computer did have a Genuine installation of Office installed, but for some reason it was replaced with the current installations which are nongenuine. This could have happened if you took your computer to a repair shop and they reinstalled Windows and/or some or all of your programs. You Get Genuine once again by uninstalling the current nongenuine installations of Office and using your Genuine Microsoft hologrammed Office installation CDs, along with the genuine Product Key found on your Office Edition's Certificate of Authenticity, to put back the genuine installation of Office you may have already had on the computer.
