Cases with too many emails RRS feed

  • Hello,

    We are running CRM 4 on premises rollup 21. We are currently experimenting a problem with Cases with too many emails. When a case has too many emails, including signatures with images, messages and attachment in some cases and we want to open the history of the case, the browser freezes and we're unable to do anything.

    We had the same problem 3 weeks ago and after updating to the latest rollup the problem was apparently solved, even though the response to open the emails or use the browser was slow. But we had encounter a few cases when the problem persists.

    We are using W7 and IE9 as standard.
