disable field value tool tip hover over

  I'm using CRM 2013 on premise.  A user pointed out that when they hover over a field a tool tip is displayed showing the value in the field.  Is it possible to disable these tool tips?  I want to keep the field label tool tips that display the description text, I only want to disable the tool tip when hovering over the field value.  These can be annoying when a field has a large amount of text as it obscures the field and has a character limit so it doesn't display the full text of long field values.
