Publishing Membership site and database.

Question
-
hi,
in Visual Studio (2010), I go to File > New Website > ASP.Net Web Site, I view 'Default.aspx' in browser, I register as a new member, this creates ASPNETDB_TMP.MDF in the app data folder (and aspnetdb_log.ldf ), and ASPNETDB.MDF in 'Data connections' in the server explorer plus associated folders such as 'Tables' etc. I've now created a membership site with database, which I can run on my pc. How do I get that onto my hosting package? I've got sqldb publishing wizard, and sql management studio installed, but I cannot work out how to get it to my hosting, I use websitepanel on an MS platform.
