    | Your computer ismaking unathorized copies of your system and       |

Since you are not using Windows Live OneCare, you are off topic for this forum. This is not a general forum for viruses, spyware, or Windows Help. For help with spyware issues, you may want to try the forums here:

http://aumha.net/ For help with virus removal, contact the maker of your Antivirus program.

If you are getting the pop-ups referenced in this thread, your PC is infected by spyware/adware - typically not malicious, but making an effort to believe that you are infected with worse (although your could be) so that you will purchase their bogus protection.

Verstehen Sie, daß Norton und Microsoft unterschiedliche Firma zwei sind, so ziemlich häufig haben sie Konflikt in ihren Produkt thats, warum Windows Verteidiger richtig nicht mit Norton arbeitet.
You can inquire Norton about this issue, since quite often with the existense of Norton products in some system it "cause conflict" with Windows Defender.

  • I have been getting the exact same message for the past few days.  I cannot get into my control panel files to add or remove files, so this must be where they placed the file in your comupter, I'm guessing.  I also cannot get Live Update to run on Symantec Norton Antivirus 360, so I cant get protection.  I added the antivirus download yesterday, after the virus appeared on my computer so I didnt expect it to take care of the problem.  I am going to hrie a computer specialist to remove the virus.
