Hi, i am using CRM workflow for sending emails.
I am using E-mail Router but when i do Test Access it gives me an error..
I took the https://testoutlook.com/EWS/Exchange.asmx Availability Service URL from the outlook.
MY Setting Are
E-mail Server Type :Exchange Online
Protocol : Exchange Web Services
Authentication type : Clear Text
Exchange Web Service URL : https://test.outlook.com/EWS/Exchange.asmx
Access credentials :other Specified
User Name :
password :
Incoming Status: Failure - The remote Microsoft Exchange e-mail server returned the error "(401) Unauthorized". Verify that you have permission to connect to the mailbox. The request failed with HTTP status 401: Unauthorized.
Server: Outgoing Status: Failure - An error occurred while checking the connection to e-mail server. The request failed with HTTP status 401: Unauthorized.
Any solution plz help..

Hi,
U need to update ur CRM to Rollup 7 i guess, Please go through the below blog which gives u the ellborated explaination about ur problem and the soultion

1) CRM2011-Client-KB2600643-ENU-amd64
2) CRM2011-Mui-KB2600643-ENU-amd64
3) CRM2011-Router-KB2600643-ENU-amd64
4) CRM2011-Server-KB2600643-ENU-amd64
5) CRM2011-Srs-KB2600643-ENU-amd64
I install all this for crm Update...
But it does not work...

Hi,
Follow the blog completely , they have mentioned about some patch also , coz i dnt have much idea about patch. Complete the whole step restart ur server and the try to test in Email router.

If I do the E- Router configuration on the server directly than all the Configuration will be same..as we do for the particular Pc.
