MSN Instant messenger, for businesses? RRS feed

If i were to install msn instant messenger onto all the networked computers, would i be able to lock the username so the employees wont be able to change it?

havent had a chance to mess around with it, so i dont know how simple this is.

Also i would like to add an option which makes the people who arent in the admin group to not be able to add contacts, as i dont want anyone to just sit around talking to their friends all day.

Is it the free msn instant messenger, or is this kind of one where you have to pay for it?

As this would be just that little bit faster and more direct route to contact people through messenger rather than emails through outlook.
