Problems with Live One Care

  I installed the trial version of Live One Care on my HP Laptop, and now when I try to get online with my Verizon Wireless Card, my computer kicks me off every couple of minutes.  I tried to reinstall the Verizon Software, and have since uninstalled the Live One Care, but I am still having the issue.  Does anyone else have this issue?  If so, do you know a solution?
