    my hotmail account has blocked so i cant download my digital mcse certificate or i cant apply online purcase my certificate have any way to get that certificate please can you give any help to me to open my account also

    Hi,

    I think you should re-enable your account also you can click on contact us link on the bottom of page furthermore you can contact your local prometric center they can also help you in this matter.

    Please call or contact your Microsoft Regional Service Center at http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/help/assisted-support.aspx.

    It could be necessary to have at hand your MCP records, such account, MCP Number, last exam taken, Certifications and so forth. Other way of action is to go to Windows Live Help Center to recover your password at http://explore.live.com/windows-live-account-help-center
