  • Just use the WebClient "DownloadFile" method.   No need to click any buttons or thingies.

    You cannot automate web triggered file downloads for security reasons.

    You cannot automate Ajax components.

  • The Ajax code triggers this when a global callback request is sent.  By the time the page is loaded that information is not available. The button does not send a request.  It's event is referenced to the Ajax code.  In almost all cases this cannot be synthesized in a web page download.

  • First you have to learn what Ajax is then you will understand why no one is answering your question.  Ajax cannot normally be automated unless it is designed to allow this.  IN most cases the page controls do not respond to normal events.  The events are handled at the page level and you would need to decompose the JavaScript to see how the page does its callbacks to the server.

    The answer is that there is no canned answer, command or simple technique that answers you question.  You would have to analyze the page and the Ajax code to see how to do this if it is possible.
