Dynamics CRM 2011 Campaign / Phone Call Mapping RRS feed

  • Hello,

    We have a CRM 2011 campaign.  Based off the campaign, we are creating phone calls (Distribute Campaign Activity)

    When we look at the phone calls that were created, we have noticed that the contacts' Main Phone and email are not on the Phone Calls.  However, Business Phone is being mapped.  Does anyone know where these mappings are located?

    We'd also like to map a custom 'ID' field from the contact/account form.  Is this done via workflow or JavaScript?
