Thanks for the reply but I m still uncertain on a few things. I only have one currency set at the moment which is my base currency, how can this cause a conflict for the contact. I m also uncertain on how to rectify this conflict problem still.
I have rechecked the format in settings-business management-currencies as well as the format setting at tools-options. All above is pointing to my base currency.
