    For example Id only like to sync files created/modified since a certain date.

    Yes, I would like to see this option too...  If I only want to backup files added or changed for the past 2 days, etc..

    This would be a great idea. Skipping files with timestamp earlier than xx.xx.xxxx would solve a lot of other isues!

    When I synch over my local network, the target files end up being 1 second off 'modified date' so they are always on the list to be re-synched... effectively wasting a lot of copying time.
