office 2007 upgrade install HELP!!

How can I get a download/copy of my missing disk 1 from my genuine Office 2007 Prefessional (Upgrade).
I have got some major problems with my system and after trying everything to resolve them, I know I am going to have to format my hard drive and start over.
This is not too much of a problem as I have my Genuine Windows XP Disk and product key. The problems come when I want to install Office 2007, disk 1 is missing.
I have the original genuine box, along with Disk 2 and the product key, I also have the original Office 2003 software and product key. If I run the Windows/Office Genuine Advantage Validation it passes both my Windows and Office 2007 as genuine on my system, this is also confirmed by the DGA Diagnostic Tool which displays both as genuine.
I have just set my D drive with bootable XP and installed Office 2003 sucessfully, both validated ok, just need to get this disk issue sorted and i'm back on track.
I have tried to do the upgrade from the bootstrapper setup files that are still on my C drive, which gets so far through the upgrade process then stops and asks for the location of rosebudmui.msi. I direct it to the rosebud.en-us folder but it says the location is invalid.
Can I download a trail of office pro 2007 and use my product key from the upgrade I have?
