[CRM2015] How to change the mailbox for a user? RRS feed

  • Hi,

    We are in the process of migrating our CRM 2013 organizations over to CRM 2015, and have noticed that some of the user records are mapping to the wrong mailboxes.  Is there a way for us to change the mailbox field on the user form?  It seems that the mailbox field is locked by default, so I am not able to change it.

  • Change main email address field and mailbox will change automaticly
