Hi everyone,
I am trying to make a workflow to do the following tasks on an On Create event of a Campaign Response :
- create a note attached to the campaign activity
- update the status of the campaign activity
But, unfortunately, in the campaign response workflow, I only have access to the recurring appointment entity (for the campaign activity), and in my case, I would like to work on calls for the campaign activity.
Do someone know a way to do something like this with the standard workflow of Dynamics CRM 2013, or do I have to make a custom workflow?
