  • I'm trying to activate my Vist Business Produce but I get a message saying that DNS request not support by name server.  I ran teh Genuine program and here are the results.  How can I go about activating my program.  Please let me know.

      Your copy of Vista is a KMS Client License which means it does not Activate like consumer level versions of Windows.  KMS Clients are an Enterprise specific version of Windows (it is not sold to consumers) that do not Activate by contacting Microsoft's Activation Servers. KMS Clients, instead, Activate against a KMS Server within the same LAN or WAN. 

      Please contact your organization's Network Admin or IT Dept for assistance connecting your KMS Client to the organization's KMS Server or if you are able connect to the KMS Server but still can't activate, inform them that the server may be out of Licenses.
