HD Failure

  I currently own a Dell Inspiron 620 system that was running windows 7 pro 64 bit. My system developed a hard drive failure and now after replacing the HD and doing a complete reinstallation using the recover DVD's. The only problem is that I'd like to upgrade the system back to the Pro version instead of the Windows 7 Home Edition. I still have product key. Is there anyway that I can reuse this key? Since this was purchased using the Anytime Upgrade Option in Aug, 2011, support has no record of my purchase, I was trying to download an image so I can get it back to normal again. Also how would I go about getting the image so I can do the upgrade and still be able to be eligible to upgrade to windows 10 pro 64 bit version.
