Office XP pro validation failure

Question
-
I have Office XP pro. Bought it with the PC. Original discs &c. I'm also running Outlook 2003 which gets installed by our server. The Validation report says that the Outlook 2003 is valid, but the XP office needs authorising. Error code [0x80180101]. Office has been authorised (more than once following a couple of system reinstalls over the years), and if I goto the Authorise command in Word it tells me so.
Any ideas please? Thanks

Go to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Office Genuine Advantage\data and delete the data.dat file, then reboot.
Note, the Application Data file may be hidden, use Tools->Folder Options->View->Hidden Files and Folders->Show Hidden Files and Folders to show the folder.
If the above does not resolve the problem:
Run the Office Validation Assistant: http://www.microsoft.com/resources/howtotell/en/office/default.mspx
If validation fails, you'll see a notice (in red) stating why it failed validation. Post that reason as a reply to this thread.

I tried it again anyway, but I had tried that follwoing a similar response in this group.
Below is the failed part. I still get green for Outlook 2003. All parts of Office XP tell me it has already been activated.
Thanks
