There is no certification just for VBA development.
However there is a MOS (Microsoft Office Specialist) certification that you can take. For details on the MOS Excel 2010 see here and also there is an Expert certification of this product which is detailed here.
After that you are looking at a different set of exams focusing on .NET which is probably not what you are looking for

Niall Merrigan,
I have taken the Excel 2007 (77-602) exam I hanvn't come across even a single question about VBA. The video tutorial I used didn't cover that. http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/Exam.aspx?ID=77-882&Locale=en-us#tab2 also I don't any reference to VBA. I havn't taken the the expert exam yet so I am unable to comment.

As I did say there is no certification for VBA development. My best guess was the MOS certification. As I have never taken any of the office certs, it was still only a guess.
But thanks for the clarification. I doubt being honest that either of the exams have VBA on them as they target office workers rather than VBA types
