temporary issue with the MCP Digital Certificate tool RRS feed

  • hi

    for 3 days i unable to 'Download Certificate' its normal like that !!

    and  i opened Support ticket for this problem but no replay ...

    and this Message shows up :

    There is a temporary issue with the MCP Digital Certificate tool. This issue
    usually lasts for a short time period, please check back later.

  • Given that the tool has been down since 4th January 2013, there's probably a backlog of exam/certification data being processed.

  • same with me. I've waited since 3 days ago for this to be resolved, but nothing happened.

    only the MCP site was fixed.

  • I too am having this same issue and have already sent them a screen shot...which is a little pointless considering it doesn't show an error code....lame Microsoft...very lame.

  • I have just had word from the Microsoft RSC that they are of this issue and are still trying to rectify the problem.

  • thanx Mr. Wharty  .. the page is working now  ... but my last two Exams doesn't appear , i took them in ( 29/12/12 & 03/01/13 ) is coming in Transcript "download your Microsoft transcript"   but in  "Download or purchase a certificate" NOO its mean that main problem didn't finish!!!!!

  • yes ... they appear on transcript but if i wont to download it from "Download or purchase a certificate" i cant find it only shows the old exams .

    the exams is  :

    1- 29/12/12 (Administering Windows Server 2012 70-410)

    2- 3/1/13 (Installing and Configuring Windows Server 2012 70-411)

    I don't see anywhere in that email where they tell you that the problem has been fixed.  The email tells you that there is a problem and they are looking into it.

    With regards to you not seeing your certificates, I am checking with Microsoft whether you actually get a certificate for the exams you completed.

    I received an update from Microsoft stating that the problem has been fixed and I am able to download and order my certificates and so are others that I have discussed this issue with.  This is why I am confirming with Microsoft whether you actually get a certificate for the two exams you passed.  Also, not all exams come with a certificate.

  • i think ... i have to finish 3 exams ( 70-410 & 70-411 & 70-412 ) to get the certificat "MCSA "  , now i  finished 2 of them ...
