Shutting down problem RRS feed

    I've done formatting my Laptop and insulted all programs I need, then in a few days, I insulted other software and when I wanna restart or shutdown windows, It Freezing on statement "shutting down” and never shut unless I shut it forcibly . What I have to do and what’s the problem? I think there’s a software that prevent windows from shutting down but I don’t know it. Please can you help me.
