Reports not working when MS CRM 3.0 is exposed to public IP address RRS feed

    Hi,

    I installed MS CRM 3.0 and it worked fine with the internal IP address

    But when MS CRM 3.0 is exposed to a public IP over the internet, reports are not working.

    Is there any workaround for this.

    I don't think so; you should use a VPN connection for this

    To make this work you need one URL for Reporting Services that will be accessible both internally and over the Internet, and set this as the Teporting Services URL within CRM Deployment Manager. You may need an additional intenral DNS entry to make this work

    Will the MS CRM 3.0 outlook clients work over the internetfor a public ip.I havenot tested it.
