i think i have been hacked and i can not run my anti-virus program. i have tried uninstalling the windows live care one and reinstalling it but the program that has hacked me will only allow to download and not install. I NEED HELP!!!!!

Without knowing the error you are encountering when trying to install OneCare I can only refer you to general install troubleshooting.
