Hi Riaz,
Unfortunately, without a backup of the database, there is no way to recover activities in CRM2011.

Hi,
You could recreate the contacts by converting the Excel file to CSV and importing back in to CRM.
There is unfortunately no way to recover the activities from the Excel document and there is no data recovery tool for CRM.

Hi,
Does the client does not have a backup strategy in place (for example, nightly backups of their SQL databases)?

If your imported contacts got deleted. At this time you should choose any third party recovery solution like- SysTools Address Book Recovery software.Thursday, January 30, 2014 6:51 AM
