Custom Entity-Assign queue RRS feed

  • Hi All,
    I know that we can only assign a case or an activity to a queue.
    But now I have to assign a custom entity record to a queue. Is it possible ? ( programmatically or from interface )

  • Hi Onur, Not possible. Your best bet is to associate the custom entity with a case or activity (activity preferably) and assign that activity to the queue.

    For example if your queue needs to call the customer, create a phone call activity, associated that with yoru custom entity and assign the phone call activity to the queue.
