    my XP professional sp1 is cracked forcing me to install with my backed up copy of my orginal cd.  now you wont validate my system.  so that i'am able to get my very much needed up dates and various other type of downloads aint right! and i'am getting more upset every day. microsoft knows this info. they have said i'am elgeable for replacement but has'nt arrived in the mail cause of lack of funds. but in the meantime i need my updates. and fell they should validate my copy now.

    1. Download and run the WGA Diagnostic Tool  http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012

    2. After running the WGA Diagnostic Tool, click on the "Windows" tab and then click on "Copy to Clipboard". Paste the results into your forum response.
