Custom user role cannot see large amount of records but CSR manager can? RRS feed

  • I have created a simple user role, and now i'm facing a quantity issue.

    I have a chart which shows over +5000 records, and when i'm viewing the dashboard or just in the view as the admin there is no problem nor as the standard role CSR manager.

    But when viewing from my custom role it cannot render the records?

    I have testet that the custom user can view aprox. 2500 records, over that amount it wont render!

    I'm not aware of where the security role setting has to be made?

    Can anybody help?

  • Hi,

    i think that u have a misconfiguration at the entity in the role.

    if u change the read property of your entity to a full-green circle, I am pretty sure u will see all records.

  • if security is not the issue than instead of creating a new role try using existing role(which is not currently being used) and changing permission according to your requirement.

  • I am now experiencing it as well on another view.

    The read property is already full-green.

    It's a very simple role, but I have now tested with the CSR role on the new render error, and it wont fix it.

    I can filter the view to show the last 5 weeks and that works but if Ii specify this month or from 01-10-2013 to 11-10-2013 that doesnt work?
