Alert for inactive accounts RRS feed

  • I'd like to configure CRM so that if an account is inactive for 12 months where inactive means no activities, no opportunities, no quotes, no cases etc have been recorded against the account. If this occurs an email is auto sent to the account owner to inform them.

    Any ideas gratefully received.
