    My PC is freezing up everytime I get to this point  " SIGN THE MICROSOFT TERM USE"  after I click on the button & it's waiting to load the form then it freezes & locks up only way to get back on is to TURN OFF my pc  
    Can you tell me why & how am I to ge to the point of entering my PRODUCT CODE if I can't get beyond this?
    I am going to try it again in a few minutes if I don't hear back from you.

    please help me I'm ready to just throw this program out & buy another product.   I have attempted to do this 5 times already.
