CRM 2011 Support RRS feed

  • Upon sigingup up to CRM 2011 RTW, is the company allocated a number of support tickets per year(e.g 5 or something) or is that only if its on a volume user license? Basically- if a normal company signing up wants to lodge a support ticket, do they have to pay for it or not?
