Is the software protection service running?  (Click Start and type "services.msc" and hit Enter).  The service should be set to Automatic (Delayed Start).

(Colin – if SPPSVC was not running then the MGADiag would show the error 426 or 424)

Your problem is the large number of file tampers present – which often happens because a system has been cloned using third-party software. Unfortunately we’ve not been able to solve this particular set of errors in this forum, due to either an inability to duplicate the problem at this end, or time restraints (or ability) on the part of the poster.
Since you say you are a TechNet member, I assume you have the ability – do you also have the time?

either way, first please try running the CheckSUR tool from here – then upload the resulting log in your SkyDrive, then then post the link here, together with a new MGADiag report.
