    I just renwed my subscription last month. (our 2nd year)

    Yesterday we bought a brand new Live One Care program,

    it came with a CD, a Book, and one year of service.  QUESTION:

    how do I add that year to my subscription so instead of it showing

    11 months remaining, it instead shows, 23 months remaining ??? Bob

    Since you have less than 12 months remaining, you should be able to sign in with your subscription LiveID at https://billing.microsoft.com and select your OneCare subscription and click Renew. Choose the option to renew with a PIN/Retail Key and then enter the retail key in the next page. Your subscription status will update within a few days to a week within OneCare.
