setting up wordpad, back up with intel getting critical RRS feed

    mom wanted me to make a couple changes to her will, so I scanned it into the PC and put the first page in wordpad. but I cannot get the edit to work. but the worst problem I have, and it looks like it has reached critical, is this intel rapid storage

    technology which is breaking down because the parts in it are not factory production. read it yourself. should be a photo here.

    where do I go for posting for the best chance of getting an answer

    When you scanned it may have come in as an image unless you used some OCR software. For general windows issues I'd ask over here.

    For hardware issues I'd try the vendor or hardware manufacturer.
