Are there any fields deleted in your system?
You should recreate those fields (using the exact same name and type)
Modified you workflow and delete you fields again.

Hi,
i am also facing same issue in Microsoft dynamics crm. In the Sales pane i have added the "Notes" entity by editing the sitemap's customizations file. now the "Notes" entity is displaying in the sales pane. then, while i am clicking on 'new' button it is displaying the following error. Earlier it is worked fine, when the crm is upgraded to Polaris version it is showing error.
Query Builder error: the specific record type doesn't exist in the Microsoft dynamics crm.
Please tell me how can i resolve this issue.
