Vail Refresh Connector slow my boot time RRS feed

  • Question

  • I am running a quad core 6G memory Windows 64 Pro. After installing the "Vail Refresh" connector software in my client PC, I get many errors (too long to list all) in the event viewer and my boot time is a very long 162 s. If I uninstall the connector software and disable the service "Net.TCP Port Sharing", my boot time drop to 73 s. The service "Net.TCP Port Sharing" is installed and enabled by the installation of the connector software (and Micosoft.NET 4.0). It is not removed by the uninstall of the connector. If I did not disable this service, my boot time stay long at 147 s.

I did not have this problem with the first release of Vail.
