.mov file thumbnail

  hi all, I am just new to this forum and recently, I've bought a wWHS and transfer all photos and movie onto it. All the photos are shwing a preview when login to the homeserver.com website. However, all the movies that are in .mov format are showing a page icon only, not any preview or thumbnail.

   

  Is anyone knows how to fix it??
