    Hi, 

    i am using project server 2013 and getting below error when trying to re-provision the pwa site.

    Provisioning 'PWA': Failed to provision databases. An exception occurred: There is already an object named 'prov' in the database.<o:p></o:p>

    CREATE SCHEMA failed due to previous errors.<o:p></o:p>

    There is already an object named 'ProvisioningState' in the database..

    Really urgent this is happening on the production environment.

    Hello,

    Are you trying to create a new blank PWA site? Can you use a different database name? What is the purpose for re-provisioning?

    Hi Paul, 

    PWA site stopped working and we try to re-provision the site, now its stucked on the state above but the site is working.
